Winter Song
beautiful cold blanket
earth beneath resting
gently frosted as
breeze murmurrings
sweeten the air
with deep peace
softly comes
the dawn

Really enjoyed this one. I especially loved the imagery of the first two lines. Beautiful!

Thank you Dave. Fortunately, I have nowhere to be today, so I can enjoy the snow. 🙂

What a delight this is. To participate where exactly do you send your pingback on that site. I can’t find anything to this matter. I can link to board for the words etc. but nothing else is shown on the site about past posts for this subject???

Elusive Trope has been on a break but I like the form so I have continued the practice on Saturdays. I still link to his general page.
