Thank you. I read that cardinals are generally low limb perchers. Which begs the question…why so high little red? He must know something we do not. 😉

This one was a young one. They say they usually perch in pairs. Actually after he let out a few tweets, a female joined him. Both young. It is a rare treat when I see one. We have mostly cowbirds and crows where I live. 🙂
