Happy Pi Day
(I like strawberry rhubarb or lemon merengue…)
I’m enthralled by
Fibonacci
spirals, golden sequences and
Pi
math applied in pictures, chaos
give me art, i’m lost from A to B

It’s no secret that I am lacking when it comes to higher math concepts, but my artistic side can certainly appreciate the beauty of math applied in art, nature and cool poetry forms like the Pi-Archimedes! Happy Pi Day! 😉
The Pi-Archimedes verse is:
○ a hexastich, a poem in 6 lines.
○ measured by the number of words in each line 3-1-4-1-5-9 to match the numerical sequence of the first six digits of Pi.
○ unrhymed.
Pi=3.14159…

That is awesome. The capacity to see the beauty of math is a rare gift. I love the flow of it, all my numbers in a row, nicely symmetrical or the abstract beauty of geometry. Ah… numbers (yes I used to be an accountant). 😉

You’ll probably think this is sacrilege, but I’d prefer my usual beverage–Diet Coke, haha! 🙂

Going for the burn. I like a coke every now and then. Original though. No artificial sweeteners for moi!
