in the sacred
in-between moments
where sweet music
sings the heartsong
of my soul
outside my window
there is magic on the
breeze; words begging
to dazzle me with the
wild poetry of life
a thousand diamonds
whisper in the sun
though the lake is still,
beneath her smooth skin
life is singing
