I’m afraid I took the bait, having received a message from my grandson who I rarely hear from (first warning, disregarded), I was ever so eager to see what he had sent to me (hooked) only to find that my mistake sent an army of cloned messages to everyone on my friends’ list (so sorry) and finally the cruel chiding from Facebook…suspension. That was my Monday. I’m still reeling! 😫

I completely shut down my fb messaging app, which is the platform that was attacked. I read that this particular phishing attack was viral this week. Small consolation, but at least I feel less dumb for having been duped.

It’s horrid when that happens. I had it once on twitter and even resetting my password didn’t get rid of the phisher, it came back!

I keep fb around for pictures of the grandkids since my own kids aren’t speaking to me cause I got mad at them for voting for trump. 😖
