A Haiku based on the prompt word: Time, for Haiku Horizons.
Time is elusive
Dribbling through our fingers
Never to return.

I think it is we who are flying through time… it will never again be 12:51 pm as it was then. I paused in my typing to rest a spell, and will continue on my life’s journey through time. Time is, has been, and will always BE…but I/we hopped in … experienced … and will someday pop out again–but time will remain without us. 🙂

That would be fun! I have a few ancestors I’d like to visit! 😀

A bonus would be that since we are visiting from the future we couldn’t get killed, but there still would be some dangerous stuff happening! I think I’d like to have a Fast-Forward/Return button for fast escape. 🙂

my great-grandmother was big in the WCTU organization…I like to think of her chopping up bars with an axe. 🙂 Probably not…
