The valley is covered in blankets of mist
dew heavy clouds that descend for a tryst
though some find it dreary
who must venture out early
‘Tis heaven on earth…like a soft morning kiss!

I am one of them who enjoys the view of the mist, and for that reason, I love this vividly described scenery of Mist! 🙂

It has a magical quality to it. And whenever I see it, I think about the fact that it is the clouds touching the ground. 🙂

Thank you Cheryl Ann…I love the fog…and the mist. It feels warm and inviting to me! ❤ I don't even mind driving in it. It slows me down and reminds that even if I can't see it right now, my destination awaits. I just need to keep moving, trusting it is there. 🙂

I don’t get to see mist much in the dry climate I live in, but at our coastal river property I see the most amazing moon-rises through the mist over the river. What a lovely limerick. 🙂

Thank you. There is a clarity to be found when the elements are shrouded in mist. (If that makes sense! 😉)
