Best place to be in sub-zero weather…bundled in fur! 🙂
Forget about style
when winter’s crisp nip blusters
mukluks and parkas.
The girl had spirit
sashaying about en vogue
second-hand vintage.
The latest gadgets
are all the rage on store shelves
obsolete once home!

This is my other big boy. He was a rescue…and is about 4 months younger than Maxwell. We are almost out of the puppy stage with them. Which means even more snuggling! 🙂

Oh my, the dreadful puppy stage! LOL! It’s such a relief to get through it!

With two large pups…an English and a Bull Mastiff…our house is barely standing. Winston, the Bull, liked chewing on corner molding…so our kitchen, where we kept them is now stripped and ready for that long overdue renovation we’ve been dreaming of. HA…I’m not quite ready to clean the slate just yet. Need to be sure the puppy-phase is really over. 🙂

I remember too well puppies chewing up things in my house. One of them chewed on the door jams! I don’t blame you for waiting until their puppy stage is over. Two huge mastiffs are a lot of dogs (because of their size), and I imagine, a lot of chewing!

Hi Charly! Thanks…and yes…it’s all for the love of writing. Just read your post…I only eat fish…no meat. Another thing in common, if I’m reading your haiku correctly. Have a great day! 🙂

I actually prefer a nice stake, but had that photo and had also do do a U turn, so it came out like that. Appreciate you reading, and yes, the love for writing. Who would have thought this would be my best love to come.
You too have a great day.

It will go well if you have cut down on fatty food. As for me, my cholesterol is probably up through the roof, but it´s just to tempting a nice steak and fries and ….. gonna eat now

That second one reminds me of the song “Second-hand clothing” by Eli. And that last one is way too true.
