About the challenge: Each Tuesday I will provide a prompt, and your mission, if you choose to play along, is to tell a story based on that prompt in 140 characters or less. If you accept the challenge, be sure to let me know in the comments with a link to your tale.
A final note: if you need help tracking the number of characters in your story, there is a nifty online tool that will count for you at charactercountonline.com.
I will do a roundup each Tuesday, along with providing us a new prompt. Have Fun!

Another great Round-Up y’all! I loved that some of you went to the dark side, while others took a more inspirational take on the photo. Thanks again for joining the challenge! This week I’m using one of my own photos. I have a Magic 8 Ball on my desk at work. Sometimes I like to flip it over without asking it a question first. (I also like to color outside the lines…) And once I get my “answer” I try to think of the question that the 8 Ball might be answering. Ok…yes I’m weird. So anyhoo, here are two pics I took of my mystical Magic 8 Ball. (Did you know there are 20 possible answers hidden in the dark window of a Magic 8 Ball? Now you do!) Your challenge this week…What’s the question? Or…the story that led to the question. You have 4 choices. Write a tale for one or all four. And of course, Have FUN! (and don’t forget to post your link in the comments so I can find you for next week’s round-up.)
Twittering Tale #29 – 9 May 2017
“YES” It’s a sign! I’m overdue for a raise. It’s time to ask. One more flip of the 8 Ball, just to be sure.”VERY DOUBTFUL”? Ugh…Nevermind!

Here’s mine!
Everyone groaned at the final shake of the 8-ball, but Katy just grinned. Little did they know that Katy ALWAYS did everything backwards.
