Ode to days of inclement warming
when dew collects in fat droplets,
and green shoots burst from the earth;
buds bulge from fragile limbs,
birdsong on the wind.
When days grow long
and nights wane.
It’s time.
Spring!

Wonderfully written. Such vivid imagery. (However, I am freezing today as we enter another round of winter.) Thanks for a hint of what is to come in a few weeks. Have a great weekend!

Soon I hope! Very soon. We’re expecting that cold snap this weekend. A girl can dream! π

I am going to put on some fingerless gloves…so I can continue to work this afternoon in my office. Snow is predicted but may not happen. Regardless, it is supposed to be quite cold. Stay warm!
