“So…what’s this?

After 30 years in sales, Donna knew when to toss the hook and reel em in.

“Well…neat story. This property has been owned by only one family, the McDonalds. Joe McDonald, hoping to win the heart of his love, Lisbeth, created this beautiful roof top garden. She was a country girl and he knew it would take something special to get her to move to the city. He proposed to her right here, surrounded by wild flowers and roses. Of course, she said yes.”

“Oh Teddy, I love this…roses…and wildflowers!”

Teddy sighed, “You heard the lady…let’s do this.”
