Final 52 Words

This is the final entry for Sacha Black’s Writespiration 52 Weeks in 52 Words with the prompt: This week share the last 52 words you wrote on your current WIP.  Since I am not currently working on a novel and this blog is my forum, I am taking the last 52 words I posted which encompasses two posts…the ending of a story and a senryu. Miraculously, I didn’t need to break up a sentence or a line to put it together! I thought that was quite serendipitous and the perfect ending to this challenge, if not a bit weird…which I LOVE! 😉

I may have to continue on my own as I have become quite fond of the 52 word story. 🙂 Thanks Sacha for hosting this challenge in 2017!

This is a combination of the photos featured on my last two posts.

One by one they died until no one was left.

That’s right. There were no survivors. As a result, there was no one to give alms to The Scarlet Temple with a Cracked Facade…and ultimately, no more harvests.
