Yes…they do adapt. This is the view outside my stairwell, neighbors house in the background…too close. 😊

It gets worse… they’re trump supporters…though to our face they seem nice… (we have a gun…and two very large dogs) 😳

Keep the enemies close…as they say. But I don’t trust them…them and the other trumpsters that surround us in the neighborhood. We’re afraid to say we vote progressive around any of them. It’s that scary.

It’s always a diplomatic process letting neighbours know where you stand on controversial issues. In the countryside you just assume most of your neighbours will probably not have very progressive political ideas, so you keep off the subject of immigration. Apart from that, you’re quite safe 🙂
