I’ve lived in a colder climate for 25 years and never complain about the heat in summer! It must be the Texan in me. 🙂

I’ve never been a fan of hot weather. But then I grew up in Chicago…COOOOLD Windy City. I guess it depends on where you spent your formative years. I can always layer more on, I always say, but I can’t take everything off!!! 😀

Nope, I never complain about the heat and it gets hot here. Memories of the cold go too deep 🙂

I’m blessed with a rare medical condition triggered by the cold and not so cold. The tips of a couple of my toes went black and dropped off this winter and it wasn’t even cold.

Nope, none. I’m just lucky that I have developed this condition out of the blue—most sufferers get it as a sideline to something else horrible. Just have to try and keep warm 🙂

Thanks Kat 🙂 With a bit of luck we’ll have done a bit of work on this place by next winter to insulate it better and put in more reasonable wood burners. The two we have just don’t throw out enough heat.
